Whether you are confronted by struggles with your health, job, relationship, or all of existence, my process has the potential to heal the root of what causes suffering for everyone - the lack of connection with spirit. By healing this root affliction, you will soon unlock the freedom to live your life with power and purpose.

We are born into a world that places rules, labels, and behavior on us the moment we arrive. Suffering occurs when the normative expectations of society and family are not in line with our soul’s true intent. Getting in touch with the voice of our soul is difficult because the dominant culture does not provide the necessary tools to listen. I help you discover this voice and align with the messages it has to reveal. 

Using a combination of shamanic journeys, yoga, and Reiki, we will identify the truth of your soul, remove the blockages that are inhibiting it, and create a framework to embed your visions and dreams into the external reality of your daily life. At the end of the immersion you will feel whole and complete, living the life you want, having freed yourself from the conditioned behaviors that do not belong to you. 

This deep work of self-transformation is extremely rewarding, but difficult to attain on your own because the issues that are inhibiting the ability to stand powerfully in your truth are manifested in three central areas of your being: the physical, energetic, and mental/emotional. On our own we can usually treat our problems as they appear in just one of these areas, but targeting all three is a daunting and wearisome task. By working one-one-one with me the process of self-transformation becomes a joyful and exciting adventure. 

I weave yoga, Reiki, and shamanic journeying into a tailored framework that heals and revitalizes your entire being. Yoga opens and strengthens the physical body. Reiki realigns the energetic body, and shamanic journeying helps you access the beauty of your mental and emotional landscape. 

By enrolling you receive three 90 minute sessions a month: One yoga private, one Reiki healing, and one shamanic ceremony. There are seven stages to be completed over twelve months with allowance for breaks as I provide a 12-18 month time frame to finish the process. 

The shamanic ceremonies are sequenced to help you understand your soul’s story, retrieve lost power, transform unwanted energy, learn from your shadow, and ultimately return you to your soul’s complete and empowered state. 

Each of these journeys correlates to specific chakras in the body. In the private yoga session, you will be given sequences and breathing exercises to practice that connect the physical body with the deeper soul work that is taking place. 

The monthly Reiki session provides the opportunity to smooth out and integrate the natural energetic shifts that occur during the process of healing and transformation. In each session a portion of time will be given to discuss and share the experiences you are undergoing.

Throughout the process I will guide you to develop a regular home practice that incorporates yoga, reiki, and shamanic journeying. This way, by the end of our time together you will have the tools to become your own best healer and teacher!

Below is an outline of the seven stages for “The Transformation Immersion”. Underneath each stage the correlating journey(s)* are listed. For each stage you receive a 40 minute recorded yoga sequence with breathing exercises as they relate to the given chakra.

 Doing this work with your whole heart invested provides the opportunity to experience life in a new light that just feels right! Nothing will be able to shake you as you stand in your truth.

In addition to the three private sessions each month, you will also receive: 

1. Regular text and email communication with me within reason

2. Free or discounted admission to my special events 

3. Reiki Level One Attunement*

4. Free admission to my yoga classes via my online portal. 

5. 7 videos with yoga and breathing exercises. 

Normally a 90 minute session with me is $150-$200. In this program you will be getting 36 sessions plus the bonus perks. The number of sessions alone combined with the Reiki attunement would value at $6600. I am offering this program with all the perks for a one time payment of $5500 or 12 monthly installments of $500. 

When I offered payment to my Shamanic guide in Peru in exchange for his teachings, he graciously accepted the tightly waded bundle of cash, then put one on hand on his heart and one my shoulder humbly stating, “May it come back tenfold”. I can honestly say that every investment I have made to deepen my self-understanding has indeed come back greater.
